He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Edith Ree; and his siblings, Joseph, John and Etha.
He is survived by: his brother Randolph Williams (Robbie) of Dothan, AL; and his children, Julius (Heather) of Tully, Lamar (Lisa) of Clay, Renee, Reginald, Alvin (Donna), Victor Williams and Kenneth Crowley of Syracuse. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and six great grand children and several nieces and nephews.
