He was predeceased by: his wife Ann R. Kilpatrick; and his sisters, Helene Grace and Laura Atkinson. He is survived by: his children, Jean Tecler, Tom Gibbons Jr. (Janet), Pat Gibbons (Eileen) and Sheila Willey (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Michael, Jeremy, Jeannine, Colleen, Tracy, Meghan, Emily, Gregory, Hannah and Bridget. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
