He was predeceased by: his wife Gilda; his parents, Edward and Sarah; and his brother James. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara (McKeen) and Carol Ann (Winzig); and his children, Ed (Kiki), Sally Mason (Sam), T. R. (Shelia) and Scott (Joanne). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in Ty's name may be made to Our Lade of Hope Church.
