He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley T. Germain and Margaret Germain (Ferrante); his wife Miriam Germain (DeFabio); and his siblings, Dolores Venezia and Paul A. Germain.
He is survived by: his children, Stanley R. Germain (Susan), David J. Germain (Judi), Valerie J. Lamanna (Frank), Robert M. Germain (Lisa) and Neil G. Germain (Danielle); and his close friend Linda Romano. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
