She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Perkins and Margaret Perkins; and her siblings, Lynne Tuthill and William A. Perkins. She is survived by: her siblings, JoAnne DeMetro (John), Nancy Taylor, Margy Farley, Patty Reitz (Duane) and Chuck Perkins (MaryAnn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
