He was predeceased by: his wife Delores Spadafora; his son Frank Spadafora; his parents, Rose Spadafora and Frank Spadafora; his brother Patrick; his sister-in-law Laura Spadafora; his parents-in-law, Molly and Leonard Tucci; and his son-in-law Joseph Mazella.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Spadafora Jr. (Wendy), Valerie Brennan (Joel), Janice Mazella and Susan Spadafora; his granddaughters, Shannon, Kailey, Breanna (Chris Cunningham), Olivia Spadafora (Don Sherman), Marissa Paparo (Trevor Barbano), Leah Mannion (Patrick), Alicia Mazella (Derek DeMass) and Brena Brennan; his great grandchildren, Milana Paparo, Cameron, Aria Cunningham, Amalia and Patrick Joseph Mannion; his sister Phyllis Spadafora; and his brother-in-law Leonard Tucci (Lucille). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
