He was predeceased by: his father Robert Bukowski; and his sister Deborah Midlar. He is survived by: his mother Frances Bukowski of Mattydale; his sister Ann Marie Cohen of Summerville, SC; and his nephews, Jake Midlar of North Syracuse, Shad, Tim Miller of Providence, RI and Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by three great nephews.
