He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Handy and Mary Handy (Jennifer); his siblings, Jenifer and Mary; and his son Victor.
He is survived by: his children, Felecia (Carlos) of Georgia, Carmelina of South Carolina, Richard (Terry) of Pennsylvania and Ronnie (Kathy) of New York; and his sisters, Flossie of New York and Rosetta (Jerome) of New York. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandschildren, a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
