He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Devine and Catherine Devine; and his siblings, Barbara Ruggles and John. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie; his children, Thomas (Laurie), Diane Devine, Donna Besaw (HB) and Colleen Goodsell (Charlie); and his brother Bernard (Joan). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
