He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fialkovic and Sandra Fialkovic. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Fialkovic (Bigsby); his daughter Stephanie Brookshire; his grandson Kylyn; his sister Cynthia Ross (Andrew); and his nieces, Andrea, Alyssa and Victoria Ross.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wanderers' Rest, 7138 Sutherland Dr., P.O. Box 535, Canastota, NY 13032.
