She was predeceased by: her mother Katheryn Spivey; and her sister Veronica Spivey. She is survived by: her children, Felicia Johnson (Herman Williams), Camara Bass, Alonzo Johnson, Zanie Johnson, Ron Spivey and Irving Spivey; and her siblings, Evelyn Breland (Nerlan), Wanda Spivey, Therome and Warren Spivey. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
