She was predeceased by: her children, Ruby Robinson, Bobby Joe "BJ" Boyd, Cubby Robinson (Ali) and Joe Louis Robinson (Abdullah); her granddaughter Shantell Mallory; and her siblings, Elizabeth Thompson and George L. Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Robinson, Carolyn Jackson, Amy Green Robinson, Ben Robinson, Willie "Woody" Robinson, Earl Robinson and Pete Mallory; her sister Mattie Randolph; and her granddaughter Lathea Chambers. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 53 great-grandchildren, and five great great-grandchildren.
