Joan Marie Clifford Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2023, at the age of 92, Joan Marie Clifford (Syracuse, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John DesGroseilliers and Margaret DesGroseilliers (Vinette); and her significant other John T. Clifford. She is survived by: her sister Diane Callisto (Pat); her children, Michael (Theresa) of LaFayette, David (Karen) of Syracuse, Margaret Wade (William) of Marietta and Denyse Cunningham; and her granddaughters, Shannon, Michelle and Jessica. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was blessed to be cared for by her granddaughters: Shannon, Michelle and Jessica and by the PACE program who enabled her to live as independently as possible with the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.
