With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francis Petrauskas (Syracuse, New York), born in Sykesville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 15, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Petrauskas and Mary Petrauskas; and his siblings, Joseph, Vincent, Anthony, Walter, Paul, John and Josephine Aruskevicius.
He is survived by: his sister Leona Moore; his wife Irene (Lazor); his children, Theresa Contons (Steve), Joan Chace (John), Cecilia Shipley, Kathleen Petrauskas, Matthew Petrauskas (Jean), Ann Chatterton and Barbara Brechbuhl (Hans); his grandchildren, Jessica, Jaclyn Chace, Nicholas, Sarah, Colin Shipley, Christina, Kathryn Petrauskas, Zoe, Zachary Chatterton, Luca and Justin Brechbuhl; and also, Simon and Paul.
