He is survived by: his wife Sandra of Washington; his sons, Telly Rowser, Jamie Harper, Chris Harper, Lonnie Harper and Rahsaan Perry; and his parents, Clifford Bynoe and Miriam Bynoe. He is also survived by six grandchildren, many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
