He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. George and Blanche Bartlett; and his mother-in-law Jane Pietrowicz. He is survived by: his wife Christine; and his siblings, Gail Wooldridge (Gentry) of Horseheads, Lisa Mathis (Scotty) of Brevard, NC, Henry Bartlett of Jasper, GA and Kristen Pietrowicz of Buffalo.
