He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores L. Forgensi. He is survived by: his children, Rosemarie Forgensi-Crisalli (Mark) of Syracuse, Danielle Forgensi of Syracuse, Laurie McNeil of Syracuse, Daniel Forgensi of Syracuse and David Forgensi (Rachel) of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Kristy Nicole Schardt, Justin McNeil, Taylor Forgensi and Tristin McNeil; and his great grandchildren, Alyecia Marie Powers and Kinley Duby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
