He is survived by: his son Jason Parham of Syracuse; his parents, Jemeice Carter and Samuel Parham; his brothers, Kyari Tyson of Syracuse and Whan-Yai Carter of Syracuse; and his grandparents, Dora Crosby, Paul Lee and Adrin Whitney. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
