She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Amato and Antonia Amato (Farsaci); her daughter Helene Cerrone; her husband Joseph V. Spadafore; and her siblings, Joseph Amato, Samuel Amato, Margaret Lee, Ann Kohler and Catherine Lamacchia.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph A. Spadafore (Rosemary), Constance Semel (Lawrence) and Annemarie Mosley (Richard); her grandchildren, Nicole Mason (Frederick), Kimberly Zeleznik (John), Dr. Marcus Semel (Josephine), Dr. Mara Kenger (Adam), Joel Semel, Anastasia Semel, Lauren Steadman (James), Joseph J. Spadafore (Amy), Olivia Spadafore, Samuel Spadafore, Richard Joseph "RJ" Mosley (Alyssa), Meredith Mosley and Marissa Mosley; her great grandchildren, Mollie Mason, Matthew Mason, Natalie Zeleznik, Cooper Zeleznik, Noah Semel, Helene Semel, Elleanor Semel, Madeleine Kenger, Margot Kenger, Eloise Kenger, Joseph W. Spadafore, Luciana Spadafore, James Joseph Steadman, Dominic Steadman, Jack Mosley and Claire Mosley; and her child Italian.
