He was predeceased by: his brothers, Dominick and Paul Modafferi. He is survived by: his wife Florence; his daughters, Angela Ziemba (Ed) of Brewerton, Christine Modafferi (Rob Garry) of Greenville, SC and Toni Ouimet (Scott) of Brewerton; his sister-in-law Madeline Modafferi of Syracuse; his grandchildren, Nicole, Rebecca Ziemba, Hannah, Eve and Jacob Garry; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Declan and Vivienne Shaw. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
