He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Winter and Jean Winter (Jenkins); and his sister Lila Dawn. He is survived by: his children, Robert Allyn Winter, Joseph William Winter and Stephanie Jean Winter; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jordan and Nathan. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
