He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Snay and Dolores Lesson Snay. He is survived by: his wife Darlene DeMers Snay; his children, Thomas Snay Jr. of Troy and Pamela Hagen (Brad) of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Braxton, Constance, Thomas III, Makayla and Katie; his great grandchildren, Leon and Bellona; and his siblings, David Snay (Tanya), Joseph Snay (Nancy) and Doreen Gilgallon (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
