He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Mehan and Emma Traver Mehan; his wife Julia "Ann" Dyer Mehan; and his brother Dick Mehan. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Mehan (Diane) of Colorado, Donald Mehan of Rotterdam, Melinda Fascia (John) of Saratoga Springs and John Mehan (Katie) of Montana; and his brother William Mehan of Stillwater. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
