With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Marie Rood of Stillwater, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on September 4, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Walter Rood, Sr.; her grandmother Grace Greene; and her sisters, Sharon Baker and Lauren Alderman. She is survived by: her mother Betty Rood; her daughter Melissa Wanko (Brian Buhl) of Schaghticoke; and her siblings, Jeanne Steele (Wayne) of Malta, Debbie Brown (Jim) of Mechanicville, Butchy Rood of Stillwater and Alaine Wood of Stillwater. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
