It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Allen Sykes Sr. of Stephentown, New York, born in Elizabethtown, New York, who passed away on February 8, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Sykes and Carrie Bateman Sykes; his wife Rita M. Sykes (Sweet); and his daughters-in-law, Dolly and Theresa.
He is survived by: his children, Paul A. Sykes, Jr. of Stephentown, Terry E. Sykes of Stephentown and Eileen Roder (P. J.) of Stephentown; his grandchildren, Jason, Paula, Cindy, Alissa, Katie and Matthew; and his caregiver Randie. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
