He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle "Fuzzy" Bright and Frances Hoyt (Kosier). He is survived by: his wife Donna Bright (Bohlander); his children, Jesse Bright (Amanda), Julie Bright and Michelle Bright; and his granddaughter Peyton Bright.

In lieu of flowers, the family will accept potted plants to be used in a memorial garden at their home.
