She was predeceased by: her son Michael; her grandchildren, Charlie, Will and Savannah; her parents, John Collins and Pamela Collins; and her stepsister Kelly Mattmuller.
She is survived by: her son Steven (Samantha); her husband Michael; her siblings, Edward and Peri of Florida; and her stepmother Nancy Collins.
