He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Scher; his sons, Jeremy Scher of Slingerlands and Daniel Scher (Aliza); his grandchildren, Ellie, Evan and Lily of Delmar, N. Y.; his siblings, Sandy Scher (Valerie) of New Rochelle, N. Y., Floyd Scher of Deerfield Beach, Fla. and Leslie Scher Dobbin (Dean) of Boca Raton, Fla.; and his parents, Robert Scher and Sylvia Fisher Scher.
Funeral attendance is by private invitation only due to pandemic restrictions.
