He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo and Augusta; and his siblings, Marcello, Francesco, Augusto and Annunciatina.
He is survived by: his wife Ascenza; his children, Joseph Jr. (Theresa), Michael (Mary), Patricia (Kenneth) and Lisa; his grandchildren, Evan (Dareshanie), Adam, Giuliana, Michele, Alexandra, Isabella, Luca and Joseph; his great grandchild Augustus; and his brother Luigi.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
