He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Davis. He is survived by: his wife Kira Spiro; his sons, Scott A. Spiro (Helen) of Slingerlands, NY and Jason Spiro of Albany, NY.; his stepson Boris Kaplunovsky; and his granddaughters, Sarah Spiro and Abigail Kaplunovsky.
