Lewis (Pangborn); her siblings, Michael Lewis (Carrie Lewis) of Sinclairville, NY, Michelle Lewis of Jamestown, Amanda Pokoj of Jamestown and Jennifer Smith of Jamestown; and her aunts and uncles, Patricia Blaisdell (Gary Blaisdell) of Crossville, T. N., Margaret Walters (Lewis) of Celeron, N. Y., Stephen Pangborn (Sharon Pangborn) of Cassadaga, N. Y., Bruce Pangborn of Warren, P. A., Kenneth Lewis (Donna Lewis) of Atlanta, G. A. and Jeffery Lewis Sr. (Karen Lewis). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
