He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Schattinger and Florence Schattinger of Sea Cliff; his grandfather Jack; his wife Joanne Pacelli; his brother James Schattinger (Joan); his children, Rosanne Mastropietro Ann Marie (David), Laurie Clough (Bill), John, Michael (Tracy), Robert (Linda), Tom, Richard (Sheila) and Mark (Stacey); his grandchildren, Melissa, David, Lindsey, Anthony, Michael, Stephanie, Erica, Christopher, Lauren, Matthew, Nicole, Jack, Billy, Sara, Emily, Caitlin, Josh, Samantha, Madison and Nicholas; his close friends, Dallas and Cooper; and his sister Mary Schattinger. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren and great – grandchildren.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and his large family, a funeral Mass will be held privately at Saint Mary's Church.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers or food, donations be made to the Finger Lakes Center for Living activities fund.
