He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kubicki and Marion Kubicki (Sullivan); and his brother Jerome Kubicki. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Kubicki; his sons, Brian (Sarah) and Timothy Kubicki (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Michael, Sophia, Joseph and Erin; and his brother Lawrence Kubicki (Nancy).
