He is survived by: his children, Tracy Hayes (Walt) of Schuylerville and Arthur W. Sutliff of Schuylerville; and his brothers, Frank and Milton Sutliff of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
