He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawrence Graulty and Stella Veronica Tomaski; his sister Karen Hoefer; and his father-in-law Cecil Decker. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Claire Decker; his sister Kathleen LaPierre; his brothers-in-law, Thomas Hoefer (late Karen), Robert Decker (Phyllis) and Douglas Decker (Sandra); and his mother-in-law Jean Decker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers Jim's family requests memorial donations be made to the American Stroke Association (https://www.stroke.org), American Heart Association, or American Diabetes Association.
