She is survived by: her children, George E. Provost, Jr. (Ann M.) and Sanya C. Lam (Richard); her siblings, Kathleen Potter, Lawrence Potter (Rebecca), Terrence Potter (Theresa), Gerald Potter, Geraldine Sheldon (Mark), Victoria Potter, Darlene Gentry, Kevin Potter (Cathy), Nicholas Potter (Kelli), Ann Potter and Amy Potter; and her grandsons, Anthony P. Provost, Richard D. Lam, George E. Provost, III and Matthew C. Provost. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Donna's name to the American Heart Association would be most appreciated.
