She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Long and Herbert Long; and her husband Jack. She is survived by: her children, John Douglas II Matheson (Karen), Rae Lee Robinson (Butch), Linda Colleen Matheson, Carlene Sue Cummins (Frank) and Alan Scott Matheson; her grandchildren, Sheri O'Connor, John D. Matheson III, Scott Matheson, Daniel Robinson, Wendy Wilder, Brian Bartz, Timothy Bartz, Patricia Corbett, Jason DeMania, Tina DeMania, Jeffery Hayward and Kirstie Matheson; and her brother Donald Thayer (Sandra). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
