He is survived by: his children, Joshua Kruk (Amanda) of Mariaville, NY and Elizabeth Landolfo of Maine; his siblings, Sheri Myers (Wayne) of North Adams, MA, Robin Milliman (Perry) of Grand Island, FL and John Landolfo (Julie) of Denton, TX; his extended family, Patricia and Tenace; and his close friends, Glen Davis, Pam Talbot and Denise Thorpe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and 3 great-nephews.
