He was predeceased by: his sister Frances Page. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Weredyk (Stock) of Saugerties; his children, Eric Weredyk, Susan Hasson, Loretta Weredyk and Beth Maloney (Joe) of Saugerties, NY; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Catherine, Brayden, Joseph, Luke, Rae and Gwen; his brother Stephen Weredyk (Sue) of Valley Cottage, NY; and his brother-in-law Kevin Stock (Pam) of Gilboa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
