She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pavlak and Mildred Beare; and her husband Richard Lattanzio. She is survived by: her children, Dillon J. Lattanzio (Mia Iwanowski) and Amber R. Lattanzio (Dominic Ford); her stepdaughters, Kristina Lattanzio and Brittany Lattanzio (Shawn); her siblings, Ken Sinnott (Kate), Stephen Pavlak and Nancy Pavlak; and her grandsons, Noah Lattanzio-Iwanowski and Mason.
