Caskey and Rose Gainer Caskey; his wife Catherine; his brother Bruce Caskey (Kelly); his children, Jill Lavalle (Todd) and Scott Caskey (Kelly Clausen); his daughter-in-law Amy Caskey; his grandchildren, Aaron, Brandon, Gavin, Sydney and Josie; his stepsons, Nathaniel and Benjamin Hanlon; his brother-in-law George Carrothers; and his son Todd.
