With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert C. Whittaker Sr. of Saugerties, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on March 14, 2022 at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Whittaker and Jennie Whittaker; and his siblings, Myrtle Post, Shirley Campbell, David and Robert Whittaker.

He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbi" Whittaker; his children, Bobbi (Jim Whiteford) of Saugerties, Al Jr. of Saugerties, David S. (Heidi) of Saugerties and Derek W. Whittaker of Saugerties; his sister Gloria Nagele of Lake Katrine; his grandchildren, Jared (Heather), Sean Whiteford (Juda), Jessica Connor (Jeremy), Ryan, Justin (Aideen) and Jaden Whittaker; and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Hayden, Nova and Gillian.
