He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Decker and Esther Decker I (VanDenbergh); and his siblings, Robert, Sandra Decker and Joyce Caldwell.
He is survived by: his wife Kayla Washburn-Decker; his siblings, Walter, Charles Decker, Janice Paul, Edna Wilming, Dawn Luce and Sharon Pratt; and his children, Pam Whitsitt (David), William Decker (Tina Bell), Mark Decker, Tammy Frye, Charlotte Beagle, Patricia Aldrich (James), Sarah Washburn (John Wright), Brian Decker (Toni) and Brianna Ahern (James DeBuc). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
