He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Flannery and Marjorie Flannery (Bailey); and his son Thomas Flannery. He is survived by: his family, Packers and Green Bay; his wife Andrea; his stepchildren, Staci Mannion (Michael), Kelli Foley and Michael Duff (Jennifer); his daughter-in-law Colleen; his granddaughter Tiffany Flannery Cleveland; and his children, William Flannery Jr., Sharon Flannery Barnes and Wendy Carswell.
