He was predeceased by: his father Lewis Steele; and his spouse Normalee R. Johnson. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathleen Pfeiffer and Jean Irwin; his former wife Cynthia L. Covell; and his children, Evonne Marie and Steven Douglas. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and friends.
