He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Sally Farrar and Thomas Carroll. He is survived by: his parents, Marianne Farrar Gritt of Saratoga Springs and Charles Gritt, Jr. of Nevada; his grandparents, Charles and Judy Gritt; his brothers, Eric Gilboy, Charles J. Gritt III and K. A. "Bear" (Aimee Sarro); his niece Sidney Gritt; and his nephew Charles James Gritt IV (Alex Pratt). He is also survived by many friends as well as his family.
