He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Brown (Kim), Randy Perkins (Dawn), Terri Perkins and Dana Perkins of Wilton, N. Y.; his nieces and nephews, Shawna Ottenschot (Adam) of Rochester, N. Y, Michelle Ellis (Brian) of Lagrange, G. A., Shawn Perkins (Jaime) of Wilton, N. Y and Matthew "Tiny" Perkins (Jami) of Glens Falls, N. Y; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harper Ottenschot, Brayden, Kyleigh "Kayleigh" and Carson Ellis. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
