He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Anderson and Berma Hubbard Anderson; and his wife Marilyn A. Danielson. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Anderson (Nancy) of North East, PA and David Anderson (Patty) of Saratoga Springs, NY; his grandchildren, Kaelan Glass (Tyler) of Gansevoort, NY, Dylan Anderson (Kate Wilson) of Columbia, MD, Tyler Anderson of Las Vegas, NV, Ryan Anderson of Washington, DC and Jacob Anderson of Portsmouth, NH.; and his siblings, Sondra Durphy of Boston, NY and Lance Anderson (Ann Marie) of Red House, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
