He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Palmateer, Sr. and Sandra Blakesley Palmateer; and his brothers, George John Rowland and George H. Palmateer, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Thomas, Andrew Palmateer, Michael Palmateer (Bobbie Jo), Timothy Ramsey (Kelley), Sandra Bushey (Michael) and Dorothy Preece (William); his sister-in-law Darlene Palmateer; and his friend Larry Ramsey (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
