She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Westcott and Dorothy Partridge Westcott; her children, Richard Rosser and Julie Rosser Tooker; her grandson Joseph Jay Serici; her great grandchild Jade Rosser; and her siblings, Richard, Carlton, Caroline, Norman Lloyd, Gerald, Donald Westcott and Nina Terry.
She is survived by: her husband Philip H Rosser; her children, Sandra Andreadakis (Thomas) of Port Orange, FL, Jo Rosser of Ballston Spa, NY, Phyllis Rosser (Johnny Brackett) of Zephyr Hills, FL and Leslie DeMarsh (Wade) of Glens Falls, NY.; and her grandchildren, Richard Potter (Mary), Bridgett Bridge, Kevin Potter (Jennifer), Brian Potter (Renee Cilione), Ted Buckley (Jessica), Daniella Richardson (Brian), Philip Rosser, Avery Rosser, Darlene Rosser, Nidell Rosser, Amber Hosgood (Robert), Nathan Dowen (Courtney) and Shauna Palmer (Christopher).
In lieu of flowers, Bernice requested donations be made in her memory to a children's charity of one's choice.
